Our aim is to make the recruitment process as simple and easy as possible, both for our teachers and our partner schools and centres. Becoming a partner school means you no longer need to worry about the whole hiring process. We take care of all the administration work, which gives you more time to focus inside the classroom. Quality TEACHERS
All our teachers are university graduates and native English speakers, from the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, New Zealand or Australia. Many of our teachers also have additional desirable skills such as teaching certifications (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA etc), experience in Asia or higher education qualifications.

Through our in-depth interview process we ensure our teachers meet your requirements and more. We focus on providing fun, outgoing, active teachers, who make learning exciting and enjoyable for your students.

Application
Complete the registration form, tell us your requirements and a consultant will be in contact soon
Step 2:
Agree terms of business
We agree terms to meet your requirements, including teacher salary, start dates, fees etc
Step 3:
Interview & selection
Once we have agreed terms and you’ve provided a job description, we will provide you with a selection of quality teachers for you to interview
Step 4:
Contracts & Visa
Once you’re happy with a teacher selection, we will help to get teacher contracts signed and all documents required for visa applications
Step 5:
Continuous Teacher support
We help provide personal and professional support to your teachers throughout the duration of their contract
